Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Edamame
  • Cucumber
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice vinegar
  • Pickled ginger
  • Wasabi
  • Sesame seeds
  • Nori seaweed (for sprinkling)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. After cooking, stir in the rice vinegar and let it cool.

  2. Step

    Cut the VegeSashimi into approximately 2x2 cm cubes and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes.

  3. Step

    Blanch the edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes. Soak the wakame in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain.

  4. Step

    Slice or cube the cucumber and avocado.

  5. Step

    Place the sushi rice in a bowl as a base. Arrange the marinated VegeSashimi, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and wakame on top.

  6. Step

    Drizzle the bowl with the remaining marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds and crushed nori. Serve with extra soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side.
