
Grilled "Sardelki" with Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Plant-based sausages "Sardelki"
- Potatoes
- Plant-based milk
- Vegan butter
- Onion
- Mustard
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil in salted water until soft, about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the onion into rings and sauté them in a pan with oil until golden brown and crispy.

Grill the plant-based "Sardelki" sausages or pan-fry them on all sides for about 8–10 minutes until they are golden.
Step
Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them. Add the plant-based milk and vegan butter, mixing until the mash is fluffy and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the mashed potatoes on a plate, add the grilled "Sardelki," and garnish with the fried onions and fresh parsley. Serve with mustard on the side.
